Mayor Crahe referred to the police Commission a complaint
from Mrs. R. Sullivan that when she called for a police officer
regarding a bother some salesman she received no response.
Complaints were received from :residents in the area where.
a house is to be_located at a lot other than where neighboring
residents were led to believe when they signed a petition allowing
this move. The basement for this house was dug without a permit,
The Mayor announced that it had been red taged by the building
inspector.
'rilliam Kelner, 7850 Greenwood Dr. complained that last year
his request for a set back variance had been refused, yet this year
his neighbor was granted a variAhcef the Council recommended that
he petition this to the Planning Commission.
Trustee Melvin asked Mayor Crane to appoint someone else to be
in charge of procuring supplies for the Village.
Motion by Crane that the Council approve the licenses sub-
mitted, Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes for approval. (List attached)
Motion by Crane t?iat the Council approve the payment of the
bills submitted. Motion seconded by Christensen. 4 Ayes for
approval. (List attached)
Motion to adjourn at 10:12 by Malvin. Seconded by Christensen
4 Ayes for approval.
