resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer
the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued
to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of
this is adifcation and division to the county auditor to be extended on the
per tax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected
and paid over in the same canner as other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member
Malvin and upon a vote being taken, the
falowing members vetted in favor thereof:

Crane, halvin, Hodges
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That 1 have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting; of the
Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated with the
original minutes thereof z on file in my office and that the same is a full,
true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a
resolution modifying assessments for Water Main Improvement.
