The regular meeting of the ;Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor Crane at 8 :00 P.M. July 24th, 1961 at the
Red Oak School, Sherwood Rd. and Red Oak Dr., Minneapolis, Minn.

The Mayor called three times for further bids on Water Project
1961 -1: There being no further bids, he them declared the bidding
closed and directed the Clerk to open the bids received.
The bids were opened and read as follows:
