OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA

Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Hounds View, Minnesota was held
at the Village Office on Monday, July 31, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
with the following members present:
Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, and Christensen.
and the following members absent:
None
Member Crane introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE AS
A MEMBER OF THE INTERIM BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH
SUBURBAN SANITARY SETTER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Village of hounds View, as one of the affected
municipalities has heretofore dtermined to proceed with the creation
of the NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SETTER DISTRICT under the provisions of
Laws 1961, Extra session, Chapter 90, and,
'THEREAS, the provisions of said Act provide and require that
this Council shall appoint a representative who shall sit as a member
of an interim Board of Trustees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SEC. is That the Council of the Village of Nounds View hereby selects
and appoints as a representative member on the interim Board of Trustees
of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District the following named
Council member, to -wit: zelford Christensen, who shall sit as a
member of said interim Board of Trustees, commencing forthwith and
shall continue to serve in such office until January of the year 1962
and thereafter until his successor is appointed and qualified.
