Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 8:00 P.P. by Mayor
Crane on Monday July 31st, 1961 at the Village Office, 5499 Adams
New Brighton 12, Minnesota.
Present were: Mayor: Mann B. Crane
Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard
ldrn. Clk: Paul Boog
Trustees: Perry Malvin
Donald Hodges
Melford Christensen
Eng veers _Mr. Comstock
Tater Works :Walter Skiba
Notion by Hodge to pay estimate #6, the final estimate for
Herbst Construction Company for work completed and materials on
hand this date for the construction of dater Main Improvement
Project 1960 -3 according to contract but withholding the amount
of y1,506.60 pending final inspection of project. Seconded by
Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Resolution No. 81, A RESOLUTION APITINTING COUNCIL
REPRESENTATIVE AS A T MEMBER OF THE INTIMIL BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE NO??TH SUBURBAN SANITARY SE-TER DISTRICT, motion for adoption
by Crrno. Melford Christensen is to be representative member on
the interim Board of Trustees of the North Suburban Sanitary
Sewer District. Seconded by Hodges 4 Ayes. Christensen abstained.
Resolution No. 82, A RESOLUTION .77,020SING AND INITIiTING THE
CREATION Or A SL JTITARY SEWER DISTRICT, motion for adoption by
Malvin. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Motion to adjourn by Blanchard. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
