duly seconded by member Malvin; and upon a vote being taken, the fol-
lowing members voted in favor thereof: Crane, Blanchard, Christensen,
Hodges and Malvin
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have care-
fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View held on the date
therein indicated with the original of said minutes on file in my office
and that said extract is a full, true and correct transcript of said
minutes insofar as said minutes relate to approving the assessments for
Waterworks Improvement No. 1960-3 and calling a hearing thereon.
