OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular,
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Wounds View, Minnesota,
was held at the Red alp School. at Mounds View , Minnesota, cn
Monday, August 14th, 1961 at : SX) o t clock ',I , with the following
members present:
Crane, Blanchare, Christensen, Hodges, and Malvin
and the following members absent:
None
The attorney read a motion that he drew up under the C:;uncilt's
direction regarding water filtration contract.
Motion by Malvin to authorize execution of a contract with
D.W. Hickey, upon the execution of an escrow agreement between the
Village of Mounds View and the Turbomatic Co, and the First State Bank
of New Brighton. The Escrow agreement shall cover $5,000.00 in bonds
to guarentee satisfactmry performance of the filtration plant covered
by the contract and shall be in effect for three years from the
acceptance date.
The contract shall also embody the terms of a letter filed with
the Village from the Turbo matice Co. sighed by H.M. Mueller and dated
August 14th, 1961.
The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing was duly seconded
by member Christensen_ , and upon a vote being taken, the following
members voted in favor therof:
Crane Blanchard, Christensen, Hodges, and .a�vin
and the fell: wino voted afainst the same:
None
whereupon said motion was declared passed.
