I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That attached
hereto is a true and correct copy of the roll of assessments for Water-
works Improvement No. 1960-3; that said assessments were prepared and
submitted to and ordered filed by the Village Council of said Village at
a meeting thereof held on August 14, 1961; that at all times thereafter
said assessments were on file in my office and open to public inspection
until said assessments were (amended) (confirmed) and adopted by a
resolution adopted by the Village Council on September 6, 1961, after a
hearing held upon due notice and otherwise as required by law.
WITNESS My hand as said Clerk and the official seal of said Vil-
lage this 12th day of September , 1961.
