Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Cabicil of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village offices in

WHEREAS, the Village Council at its budget meeting has determined that the
following tax levy should be certified to the County Auditor:
NOW, THESEFORE, HL IT RESOLVED, That the Village Council does establish and
hereby certify to the Ramaey County auditor that its tax levy for 162 shall be
