Member crane introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council

(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appro-
priatdd to the sinking fund fur the retirement of principal
and interest on water Improvement 'Jond

(2) That the County Auditor of Ramsey County
is hereby requested and directed to reduce b. __,....aaATItZthe
taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the
said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded
by member , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following members voted in favor thereof:

and the following voted against the same:

whereupon said resclution was declared duly passed and adopted.
