In regard to the Village Council's request for the legal des-
criptions on the following property for condemnation purposes,
No. 1 is described as follows:

property is 16.2' x 20.2'.
No. 2 legal description is as follows:
Beginning at a point on a line 33 ft. south from and
parallel with the North line and 219 feet east from
west line of the south i of the S.E.*;thence southeast-
erly 107 feet parallel with Northeasterly line of S.T.H. 10/62;
thence at right angles southwesterly 43-55/100 feet to
said Northeasterly line; thence Northwesterly thereon to
intersect said first described parallel line; thence east
thereon to beginning in Section 8, Township 30, Range 23.
