Minutes of meeting prescribed by statute held on January 3rd,
1962 et Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. Meeting called to order by Mayor
Crane at 8:05 P.M.

Motion by Malvin to accept minutes of December 26th, 1961
as presented. Seconded by Hodges. Sullivan abstained. 4 ayes.
Motion by Crane to make the following appointments for 1962:
Newspaper - New Brighton Bulletin
Bank - 1st State Bank of New Brighton
Attorney - Richard Meyers
Health Officer - Dr.. Hour
Chief of Police - Ernest Grabowski
Plumbing & Heating Insp. - Walter Skiba
Building Inspector - Piehowski
Electrical Inspector - Edmond
Acting Mayor - Donald Hodges
Dog Catcher - B&E Patrol
Deputy Clerk - Paul Boog
Public Works Supt. - Skiba
Delegate to RCLMO - Donald Hodges
Seconded by Hodges. 5 ayes.
Motion by Crane to appoint Comstock & Davis as Village
Engineer for 1962. Seconded by Malvin.
Mr. Sullivan requested that the minutes show that he had at
an informal meeting December 30th, 1961, he proposed Mr. Otto Bonestroo
as Village Engineer. Upon call of the roll there were'4.ayes. Sullivan
nays. Motioh carried.
Motion by Crane to appoint the firm of Ehlers -Mann as Fiscal
Agent for 1962. Motion died for lack of a second.
Motion by Malvin to appoint Dick Meyers, Village Attorney as
Fiscal Agent for 1962. Seconded by Sullivan.
After some discussion regarding service and rates by Mr.
Ehlers and Mr. Meyers roll was called. 4 ayes. Crane naye.. Motion
carried.
The Clerk was instructed to abtain copies of the contracts
from the Engineer, Attorney, Fiscal Agent, and Dog Catcher. and to
�urn3.sh each Councilman with a copy of same.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #93 entitled "A
RESOLUTION DESIGNATION AND APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT FB THE YEAR 1962,"
