Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 1:00 P.M. by Acting Mayor
Hodges.on January 13th, 1962.

Two resolutiohs !fry presented f,sm the Highway Departement
and read, The Attorney and Engineer had given their recommendation to
approve these resolutions,
Motion by Hodges seconded by Blanchard to adopt Resolution.
No. 94. 3 ayes for approval,
Meetlng adjourned at 1:15 P.M.
