OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Vellage 011 in said Village on the 22nd day of January 1e62 at ee00 p.m.
with the fellowing members present:
Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, Sullivan

its adopeion:
A RESOLUTTN MCDIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assesemenes
are to be medified er divided,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of modifications
and divisions, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, ie
hereby acceeted and shall constitute the special aesessment against the lands
naaed ',herein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be b
benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount ef the assesemene levied
against Ie.
2. Such assessment hall be payable in equal smnual installments
extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the instalimenes to be
payable on or after the first Monday in January, 161 and *hall bear intereet
at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this
assessment resolution. To the firet installment shall be added interest on the
entire assessment from the date of ehis resolution until December 31, 1;61. To
each subsequent installment wen due shall be added interest for one year en
all unpaid installments.
3. The owner ef any property 50 assessed may, at any time p
certification of the assessment to the county auditer, pay the whole of the
aesessment on such properey, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to •
he Village Treasurer, except that no interes shall be charged if the entire
aseesement is paid within 30 days from the adoption -4 this resolution; and he m y
at any ti thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire amount of the
assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to necember 31 of the year
in which such rayment 15 made.
