Motion by Crane to pay expenses to trustee Sullivan and Engineer Les Knutson for attendance as representative of the Village at said conference. Seconded by Hodges 4 Ayes Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution # 96 adopting Minnesota Statute Laws of 1961, Chapter 728 regarding information of Ramsey County League of Municipalities. Sec. by Blanchard 4 Ayes Motion by Blanchard to appoint Mayor Crane and Trustee Hodges as delegates to the Ramsey County League of Municipalities Seconded by Sullivan 4 Ayes The liquor investigation reportwwas discussed and placed on file, Mayor Crane requested that residents who know of violations report them immediately and be prepared to sign a statement stating what they saw and when the violation had incurred The Clerks Office will notify licensee's of these establishments to appear at the Agenda meeting February 24, 1962 at 9:00 A.M. The Minutes of the first organizational meeting of the Youth Activities Committee we=e read and placed on file. Motion by Crane to makenthis organization a portion of the Recreation t epgjt.ient and to appoint Mrs. Fran 41tieller as chairwoman, Mrs. Lindeman, i:�rs, Wall, Mrs. Van Reese and Itrs. Carnes as members of this organization. By Laws of this organization will be as listed on their minutes. Seconded by Sullivan 4 Ayes Iiayor Crane stated that there were two openings remaining on this committee and that if anyone was interested in Serving they could contact the Village Office and so state. Lotion by Crane to appropriate $50.00 from the General Fund and transfer it to the Recreation Department for use at the next organizational meeting of the Youth Activities Committee. Seconded by Blanchard 4 Ayes The date of the first dance and organizational meeting will be larch 2, 1962. Lr. Sullivan reported that he and Mr. Skiba were drafting the list of duties of the Public Works Superintendent and hoped to present them at the next meeting,
