Mr. Don Robertson, a contractor, appeared requesting
a variance so that he could construct a 4 -piex on the N.E.
corner of Sunnyside Road and Highway 10.
Motion by Sullivan to waive the square footage requirements
on the following conditions. 1- Only one building will be
permitted to be constructed on this lot. 2- No building
will be allowed on the adjacent lot until sanitary sewer
is available. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes. Melvin Naye
The'Clerk read a letter recieved from Mr. Walter
Ehr ot x_1,7 of Route 1, Wyoming, Minnesota. (Copy on File.)
He requested an extension of time to remove condemned
sub - standard building from his lot at 7643 Edgewood Drive.
The Clerk was instructed to send a letter requesting
removal of this building no later than May 1, 1962.
Motion by Blanchard to accept Engineers contract as presented.
Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes
Motion by Crane that the Engineer be authorized to search
the minutes and prepare a report regarding his authorization
from the Council on water projects. Seconded by Malvin 5 Ayes
The Engineer reported on the finding of the State Department
of Health on the water plant. We have a rating of 92 now and it
is expected that this rating will be closer to the possible
perfect 100 when the plant is complete.
The Engineer presented some bills from the Twin City
Testing Lab. for payment.On request of the Clerk these bills
will be presented again at the next regular meeting.
The specs and plans for the dehumidification and duct work
are not complete as yet, according to the engineer.
Motion by Crane that the Engineer be authorized to propose
plans and specs for acoustical ceiling and the dehumidification
and duct work in the utility building. Seconded by Blanchard
5 Ayes.
The Engineers Office was directed to obtain the legals
for the public hearing on Clints Addition.
The Engineer recommended that new developers be directed
to ploce money in escrow to pay for Village Engineer services.
The Attorney reported that the appeals from Moga, Skiba
and Voge in the matter of water assessments would be heard
Curing the week of March 12 and that the members of the
Council c.nd the Engineer may be requested to appear.
Secs for the new police car were referred tothe Police
Co- niccion for study.
The Attorney recommended certain changes in the letter
to be sent to the delinquent water accounts.
