The Attorney advised the Council that it had three choices
of action: 1. Order the improvement. 2. Abandon the improvement,
3. Delay the improvement.
The Engineer advised that the storm sewer assessment would
not be final as there very well could and should be further
storm sewer work in the area.
Motion by Sullivan to order the improvement (.Glint's
Addition) but to limit the improvement on Woodale Drive to
improving only the South '/z (33 ft4) of the proposed street.
Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes
Motion by Sullivan to set thoroughfare hearing for Woodale
Drive from Long Lake Road to Eastwood Road for April 23, 1962
at 8 :00 P.M. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes
Motion by Crane to have Engineer prepare final plans and
specs for the Clint's Addition improvement project.
Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes
There being no further action to be taken, the Mayor
declared the hearing closed.

Motion by Crane to publish notice of hearing to be held
on April 23, 1962 at 8 :30 P.M. regarding storm sewer project
in Bronson Quincy area. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes
Mr. Charles Larson, 7920 Groveland Road appeared regarding
a re- location of a home in the Village. This has been approved
by the building inspector.
Motion by Sullivan to set public hearing for March 26, 1962
at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, for the purpose of deciding
whether or not Mr. Larson shall be allowed to move a home from the
corner of Long Lake Road Highway #10 to the corner of Long Lake
Road and County Road H -2 Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes
The: Clerk was instructed to prepare notices and mail them
to adjoining property owners and to publish notice 10 days before
hearing date.
Mr. Issac Joslyn, 8406 Center Drive, appeared requesting
a sub - division of property at 8364 Red Oak Drive. This was
discussed at some length and the following action wss taken:
Motion by Sullivan to give preliminary approval to the sub-
division request and authorize the building inspector to
issue a building permit. This action subject to the following
conditions:
1. Building inspector will receive survey of property.
2. Building inspector will receive proof of ownership
of property.
3. The owner will make formal application for sub-
division including the payment of fees.
4. Mr. Joslyn will give a road easement to the Village on the
back of his property. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes
