Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. The Engineer was instructed to prepare plans for land - scapiriTand surfacing of parking lot and adjacent erea around Utility Building. Motion by Crane to authorize Paul Boog, Administrative Deputy Clerk, to attend Planning Commission meetings as a non- voting member to expidite applications and reports. Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution # 97. Seconded by Blanchard 5 Ayes A letter from Mr. Dedolph regarding amount of money still:, held by Village for work completed was read and referred to the Attorney. A Resolution regarding Sunday Closing Ordinances was presented by the Attorney. This was discussed at some length by all concerned. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #98. Seconded by Crane. SAyes The Engineer was directedto arrange a meeting with the Metropolitan Airport Commission regarding relocation of Highway #10. Mr. Daihlgren,Village Planner, Mr. Sullivan, and Mayor Crane will attend. The Engineer presented the preliminary report for stem sewer in the Bronsin and Quincy Area. Mr. Alvin Hillsdale, 7850 Spring Lake Park Road is to be requested to appear at the next Agenda Meeting regarding this drainage problem. The Plans and Specs for the acoustical ceiling was received and placed on file. Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses (list attached) Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
