Motion by Blanchard to concur with Planning Commission's
recommendation and have building inspector notify Mr.
Haluptzok that he must move the garage from the lot line
on Lot 21, Spring ake Park Hillview Addition and conform
with setback requirements.
Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
The Clerk was instructed to notify the County platting
Commission that only a preliminary approval had been given
to the Haluptzok plat.
The building inspector was instructed to inform Mr.
Haluptzok to attach the garage at 7800 Gloria Circle to the
old house or remove it so that the house will conform to
the character of the surrounding houses as previously
requested and agreed to.
The building inspector was notified to contact the
owner of the Mounds View D -X Station at 1925 Highway #10
regarding his request to start a junk car yard behind the
station.
The Engineer presented a preliminary report #4 on the
Knollwood drainage problem. ( on file)
After considerable discussion the following action
was taken:
Motion by Crane to construct the Knollwood drainage
system as presented in preliminary report #4. The Engineer
will invite bids for the project. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes
The Attorney was instructed to get drainage easements
from the affected lots.
The Engineer was instructed to have fill placed on the
Boulevard right of way at 7150 Knollwood Drive, Mr. Waibels
property to bring it up to street grade.
The Engineer will bring information on the parking lot
lights to the next meeting.
The Attorney presented a resolution regarding water
assessment modifications.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #109.
Seconded by Crane.

Motion by Sullivan that the Attorney be authorized to
file a counter -claim against the Dedolph Construction Co.
in behalf of the Village. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes
Motion by Crane to have the Attorney prepare a contract
with the fire department on the formula of $100.00 per
square mile and the balance of the $17,000.00 budget be
based on the full and true value of property within the Village.
Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes
The audit was received from Mr. VanZandt and presented
to the Councilmen for study.
