HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000008_pg149_4.. 030149 A letter regarding Judicial Ditch #1 and action being taken by the County on this matter was presented by the Attorney and 'placed on file. The Engineer reported the possibility of the existence of a drainage culvert beneath the surface of the Judicial Ditch. The Engineer will contact the County Engineer on this matter and keep the Village informed. If no delay in construction will be encountered, the panel strips over the door in pump house #2 will be replaced with metal for better services. The Engineer reported that the excavation work on the back- wash drainage ditch will begin on October 24, 1962. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted (list attached) except for Check # G 1252- Midwest Planning and Research. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. Mr. D.R. White, who requested an extension of special use permit, will be requested to appear in person at the next regular meeting regarding this request. Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses (list attached) Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. Motion by Crane to subscribe to "Water and Sewer Works" for one year for $5.00. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
