The Attorney returned the application for General Contracting
from Mintex with the recommendation that the Certificate of Insurance
be completed showing liability coverage and signed by an Insurance
Agent. Clerk to notify applicant.
Motion by Crane to authorize the Attorney to rewrite Court
Appearance and other portions fof Police Handbook and to contact
the Council before making further additions. Seconded by Blanchard.
5 Ayes.
The Attorney advised the Council that he would try to hold
the time on this project to a minimum and could stop altogether
pending further Council action if it appeared that it would be
tco costly.
Motion by Blanchard to approve application for Solicitors
License for James Staples, 7710 Woodlawn Drive. Seconded by Hodges.
5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted (list attached)
Seconded by Sullivan. SbAyes.
Motion by Malvin to re- appoint all present members to the
Industrial Developement Committee. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
