The Attorney informed the Council that he was also trying to get a copy of the Lakeside Park deed for Village recrods. A memo from the Attorney regarding the duties of the Village Fire Marshall was read and discussed. The Attorney was directed to prepare an Ordinance covering these duties. The Attorney was instructed to prepare a rider to the N.S.P. Street Lighting Contract covering all additional lights. After some discussion regarding the Monn Distributing Company on County Road I and Adams the following action was taken: Motion by Crane that the Building Inspector inform Monn Distributing Company that the suggested machinery conforms with the zoning ordinance and building code and to point out section 6.3 -1 & 2 and 641 6 A &B of the zoning ordinance. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. The Attorney presented a contract for a Planner and the following action was taken: Motion by Crane to approve the contract and forward it to the Midwest Planners for their signature. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. The Attorney informed the Council that the Knoll -Lois Drive walk -thru had never been conveyed to the Village by deed. Motion by Blanchard to pay Mr. Skibas dues to American Water Works Association for 1963. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to approve license application of Stuart Construction Company for general contracting. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to raise pay of Deputy Clerk Boog from $500.00 to $550.00 per month. and Clerk - typist La Casse from $1.50 to $1.75 per hour effective February 11, 1963. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. Motion by Sullivan to raise pay of Walter Johnson from $80.00 to $85.00 per week and Walter Skiba from $5,500 to $5,700 per year effective February 11, 1963. Seconded by Blanchard.. 5 Ayes The matter of the two buildings being a hazard in Mounds View because of their being partially moved was disucssed and the Police Department was instructed to issue tickets immediate) under the public nuisance ordinance. (MeadowBrook & Sahara) Motion by Blanchard to pay bills presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. / The Clerk's Office was directed to prepare a list of all Committee members and the date of expiration of their appointment for the Counci.
