The Engineer reported on water complaints submitted by Mr. Rustad and Mr. Hodges. Motion by Crane to authorize the Engineer to have a chemical analysis of the Municipal Water at the source compared with the sample taken from the complaintants homes. The comparison would determine if the Municipal Water is damaging the water heaters in homes. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion by Crane to instruct the Engineer to prepare two seperate assessment roles - 1962 -2 and 1962 -3. The Public Hearing to be held April 22 at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion by Crane to direct the Attorney to write to the Twin City Arsenal answering questions relating to projected figures on sewer use. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. The Attorney reported that his investigation of Mr. Clarence Peterson's Liquor License Applicatior has proven satisfactory. The Attorney reported that the Dedolph Case is ohthe Ramsey County Court Calendar. Mayor Crane reported that the Fire Marshall Ordinance is still under investigation, and that the Trailer Park Ordinance will be discussed at the next Agenda Meeting. The Attorney Was directed to attend the March 18th Agenda Meeting.. The Attorney reported on NSF Ordinance # 96. He pointed out the need of encouraging more water Hook -ups throughtout the Village. Motion by Malvin to pay the bills. Seconded by Hodges. (list attached) 4 Ayes. The Treasurer was authorized to release the bank custodian- ship receipts for fifty thousand dollars to Federal Home Loan Banks. Request from Mr. C. P. Philippi to have five dogs without a Kennel License was denied. Motion by Malvin to purchase a $277.75 buffing machine. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion by Crane to purchase a Thermo -Fax copying machine to cost up to $450.00. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Meeting adjourned at 10:55 P.M.
