Persuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at 6:15 P.M. Monday,
April 1, 1963 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway # 10.
Present Were:
Mayor Allan B. Crane
Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee John L. Sullivan
Also Present:
Adm. Clerk Paul E. Boog
Attorney Richard Meyers
Engineer Les Knutson
Motion by Blanchard to pay the Village Engineers estimates
received and reviewed at the March 25th meeting. Total of $12,609.73
and transfer necessary funds from the General Fund to the Water
Construction Fund. Seconded by Sullivan. 3 Ayes.
Motion Carried.
Motion By Sullivan to purchase a Road Roller from
Dunkley Surfacing Company for up to $650.00. Seconded by Crane.
3 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Crane.
3 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Meeting Adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
