Engineer will set grade level in relation to proposed frontage road. 2. Inspection will be made to determine if grade has been maintained after completion of removal of fill. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling $5,409.67. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses subject to Bonds and Insurance from applicants. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion by Crane to issue temporary permit to Mr. Boe 2111 Terrace Drive for storing of vehicle in violation of Ordinance # 92 until April 25, 1963. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. The Clerk presented copies of the C.P.A. Audit to each Council member and to the Village Attorney. The Clerk was directed to make copies of the C.P.A. letter of recommendation of bookeeping practices for each councilman. The next agenda meeting will be May 6, at 5 :00 P,M. The Clerk was instructed to notify the Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 6889 that their request for the meeting hall on Tuesday evening was denied because of other uses for the hall on that night.
