Persuant to due call and notice thereof a Special
Meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Crane at 6:00 PbM „ May 6, 1963 at the Village Hall, 2401
Highway # 1O

Lloyd J. Blanchard

Perry Malvin
John L. Sullivan
Also Present:
Adm. Clerk Paul E. Boog
Motion by Blanchard to authorize Paul Boog to sign
the check for $1,000,00 from the Minnesota Highway Department
to Mrs. White, This is payment for land to be used on 35W
road. Payment in full for water assessment on these parcelis
has been certified by the Ramsey County Auditors Office.
Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes
Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
Seconded by Hodges.
Meeting adjourned at 6: 15 P.M.
