May 13, 1963 at 2401 # 10. Present were: v'1;l \r o r : Clerk: Trustee: Absent: Allan B. Crane Lloyd J. Blanchard Donald Hodges John L. Sullivan Perry Malvin (attending NSSSD Board Meeting) Also Present: Engineer: Shelly Boehm Attorney: Richard Meyers Adm., Deputy Clerk: Paul E. Boog Public Works: Walter Skiba Treasurer: Irene Edberg Motion by Hodges to accept minutes of April 22, 1963, (regular meeting) as presented. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes Motion by Sullivan to accept minutes of May 6, 1963, Isspecial meeting) as presented. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes, Notion by Sullivan to set Public Hearing for rezoning cf Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, Block #5, Pinewood Terrace # 2. This ?property is located on the north side of Highway # 10, East of Edgewood Drive and is proposed to be used for a ballroom, medical center, and drive -in restaurant, for Mr. John Eastman. Hearing to be on May 27, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. The Planning Commission will be requested to give a report on the proposal at the Public Hearing. Mr. John Eliason, 8323 Eastwood Drive requested permission to live in a trailer hcme while he completed the interior of his new home. Motion by Hodges to issue a special permit to Mr. Eliason to live in the trailer home for 90 days. Special permit to expire on August 12, 1963. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. A request was received for storage of vehicles in violation of Ordinance # 92. Motion by Blanchard to allow Mr. Derby - 2184 Terrace Drive to store vehicles until July 16, 1963 as requested. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. A request similar to above was received regarding a bus being converted to a camper. Motion by Crane to allow Mr. Westlund 5511 Quincy Street to store the bus on his property for one year. The permit will expire May 15, 1964. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion by Hodges to renew permit for trailer parked at the Skyline Motel for a period of 90 days, Permit to expire August 12, 1963" The police department will inspect trailer to assure use is for purpose requested. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes.
