Motion by Sullivan to adopt Resolution # 126 and authorize
Mayor and Clerk to execute contract with Northern States Power
for street lighting. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Mot:ic'n by Sullivan to adopt Resolution # 124 correcting
certain assessments. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Sullivan to adopt Resolution # 125 abating
certain assessments against Village property. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling
$36,617.78. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Sullivan to issue licenses (List attached)
Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
The minutes of the Lakeside Park Commission were
placed on file.
The assessment for the land purchased for completion of
Hillview Road project was referred to the Attorney.
A copy of a summons and complaint against the electric
contractor on water utility building was referred to the Attorney.
The Mayor reported that bids were opened and contracts
let for 35W, with work to begin June 3, 1963.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes.
