VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Acting Mayor Hodges at 7 :30 P.M., June 24, 1963, at
,2401 Highway # 10.

The Acting Mayor called three times for further bids on the
Bond Sale, there being none he declared the bids to be closed.
Bids were opened by the Clerk and read by the Attorney
as follows:

2. Allison , William Co. 2,600 3.5317 32,140,00
3. First National of St. Pau12,600 3..4587 31,475.00
4. Kalman and Company 2,600 3.6351 33,080.00
The Attorney stated that the apparent low bidder was # 3
the First National Bank of St. Paul. The bids were referred to the
Attorney and Fiscal Agent for computation and recommendation.
Motion by Malvin to accept minutes of June 10 as presented..
Seconded by Sullivan 4 Ayes..
Motion by Malvin to appoint Mr. Ronald Whitneck - 2310 Hillview
as plumbing, heating, sewer, well and air condition inspector.
Seconded by Blanchard 4 Ayes..
The Attorney was directed to prepare an Ordinance setting the
inspectors fee schedule for the next meeting.
The permit for the work to be inspected by Mr. Whitneck
will continue to be issued from the Clerk's Office.
Mr. Malvin was directed to see what action can be taken
regarding a resident who has no sanitary plumbing in his home.
The Lakeside Park Commission reported that more than 500
children have registered for swimming instructions this year, and that
a new ball field is being constructed at the park.
Mr. Sullivan reported that due to the heavy meter'installation
here is no road work being done by Village employees at this time.
