The Engineer will prepare a new sketch of the proposed
extension of County Road H, following section lines more closely
than on previous sketch and submit same to Council and County Engineer.
The Attorney presented a summary of Justice Court Cases for
the past 2'/z years for Council study.
The Ordinance to change election dates was presented and read
by the Attorney.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Ordinance # 102.
Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes.
A resolution abating certain ass ssments was presented.
Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution # 130A Seconded by Sullivan.
4 Ayes.
Motion by Sullivan to have the Clerk certify Resolution # 132
and # 133 and send copies to County Auditor. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes.
A Resolution modifying assessments was presented.
Motion by Sullivan to adopt Resolution # 131. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
A proposal to codify Ordinances was received and filed.
A notice will be sent to all departments and personnel
involved regarding the budget meeting, August 19, 1963.
The weed inspector will receive notices that he is not
empowered to hire any personnel for any purpose.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling
$56,480.25. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses. (list attached)
Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
