HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000010_pg097-001-3- 0J0G97 Mri Meyers reported that from all he could discover the Village Council of Spring Lake Park felt that the money they received from Anoka County Board of Commissioners for having a lakeside park in their Village could and should be used to cover their half of the !cost of maintaining said park and not as additional income to the Park, as the Mounds View Village Council feels would be fairer. Further action will be taken by the Council at the next regular meeting. A copy of the rough draft for a joint Municipal Court agree- ment between Mounds View and New Brighton was presented by the Attorney and discussed The Council indicated without binding vote that they approved of the rough draft of this agreement. Motion by Blanchard to approve Gas Heating License renewal for Ray N. Welter. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to accept final estimate for Well # 2 work done by Layne - Minnesota in the Amount of $3,934.00 and enter into the one year warranty agreement with them. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted including the above mentioned for Layne - Minnesota totaling $6,978.49. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion by Malvin to pay expenses incurred by Boy Scout Troop # 167 for work on Village Hall Park - September 7, 1963. Seconded by Hodges, 4 Ayes Mr. Boog announced that a citizens group has planned a farewrLL party for the Cranesat the Pinewood Club on September 7, 1963. Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
