CV :3e-1) The Village Council has d that eertale assessments are to be divided, NOW, THEeElsenE, BE XT RESOLVED, That the follow divisioes a copy of which is attached hereto and t aade a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the speeial a esment against the lands named thereiu, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed ixproverieut in the axouxt of the assessment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoetioa of this assessment resolution. To the first in 11 t shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until Beeember 31, 1961. To each eubseeueet lestailmeut when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid iastailments. 3.
