Purseant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village
Hall in said Village D1 t! 26th day of August, 1963 at a:00 p.m. with the
followiag members present:
Hodges, Blanchard, Malvin, Sullivan
and the following member absent:

The Village Council has d that eertale
assessments are to be divided,
NOW, THEeElsenE, BE XT RESOLVED, That the follow
divisioes a copy of which is attached hereto and t aade a part hereof, is hereby
accepted and shall constitute the speeial a esment against the lands named thereiu,
and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the
proposed ixproverieut in the axouxt of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be
payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and shall bear interest
at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoetioa of this
assessment resolution. To the first in 11 t shall be added interest on the
entire assessment from the date of this resolution until Beeember 31, 1961. To
each eubseeueet lestailmeut when due shall be added interest for one year on all
unpaid iastailments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to
certificstl.on of the aeseit to the county auditor, pay the whole of the
$Ssessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payeent, to the
Village Treasui-e4-, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire
assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of thie resolution and he nay
