OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VITeAkE OF MOUNDS lam, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetthg
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Mennesota was held at the Village
Hall in said Village on the 14th day of October, 1903 at 0:00 o'clock p.m. with
the following persons present: Hodges, Blanchard, Sullivan, Malvin

A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR AREA WATER,
LATERAL WATER AND WATER =MOVEMENT 61-1.
WHEREAS The Village Council has determined that certain assessments
are to be ified or divieee,

IT RESOLVED, That the fo11owig list of
modifications and divtaiona, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute th
special assessment
against the lands named trein, and each tract of land therein included is
hereby found to t)e benefited by the proposed improvement in the arnount of
the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments
extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be
payable on or after the first Monday in January, le61 and shall bear iuterest
ee the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this
