4. The Clerk shall forthwith trarit a certified duplicate
this modificatioe and div2io to the county auditor to be extended on the proper
tax 1tat of the county, a uch assessments shall be collected and paid over in
the same manner as other municipal taxes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutioe was duly
