Motion by Sullivan to deny request for variance and to
recommend that Mr. Klemz build his garage in the back yard of home at
2147 Pinewood Drive. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
The Police Commission report was read and filed, Motion
by Blanchard to hire Ernest Grabowski as full time Police Chief at a
salary of $575.00 per month starting October 1, 19631
Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes.
The Attorney will draw up an agreement to cover this
action protecting both the Village and the Chief.
Motion by Blanchard to advertise for bids for a new Police
vehicle With trade in Delivery to be made before 1964.
Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses of:
Jerome Rotengren 605 Main Street- Circle Pines Excavating
Natrogas 3900 Washington Avenue North Gas Installers
Jarning Plumbing - 539 Pierce Street L Anoka Plumbing
Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $5,3654174
Seconded by Hodges, (list attached) 4 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
