The Clerk was directed to notify J. Olson, Fiscal Agent,
to appear at the next agenda meeting to discuss the 1964 budget and
long term financial plan.
Motion by Sullivan to instruct the Building Inspector to issue
a building permit to Mr. Eigenbeer to build a home on County Road H
near Irondale Road. Home to be built to proposed grade set by
Ramsey County Engineer. Applicant understandsthere will be no road
improvement until undertaken by the County. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
Attorney instructed to obtain Right of Way Easement for
County Road H extension to Highway # 10.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
