SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW,
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota, will meet at the Edge-
wood Junior High School in the Village
of Mounds View on December_ 5, 1963,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on the proposed
construction of a sanitary sewer im-
provement consisting of the following:
1. A sanitary sewer interceptor system
including conduits, lift stations, highway
crossing, utility buildng, maintenance
equipment, street resurfacing, neces-
sary surface drainage, foundation mater-
ials, boulevard restoration, tree removal
and service connections, such system to
provide trunk sewer and interceptor fa-
cilities to the entire Village and to
serve also as lateral sewer to all premises
abutting on the streets described below.
2. Sanitary sewer outlet to be furnish-
ed under a cooperative agreement with
the North Subarban Sanitary Sewer Dis-
trict.
The estimated cost of the above im-
provement is $2,573,740.
The area proposed to be assessed for
said improvement will include the en-
tire Village. Those properties which abut
on the interceptor system and derive
lateral sewer benefit will be additionally
assessed for such benefit. The properties
to be so additionally assessed will be
those abutting on the following streets
or portions of streets:
on Ardan Avenue and Ardan Avenue
extended from Jackson Drive to Red
Oak Drive; on Jackson Drive from
Sherwood Road to Ardan Avenue;
on Sherwood Road extended from
Jackson Drive to Quincy Street ex-
tended; on Quincy Street extended
from Sherwood Road extended to
Hill View Road ; on Quincy Street
from County Road I to Bronson
Drive; on Bronson Drive frm Quincy
Street to Edgewood Drive ; on Coun-
ty Road I from Long Lake Road to
Edgewood Drive ; on Jackson Drive
from Bronson Drive to County Road
11-2; on County Road H -2 from
Jackson Drive to 700 feet east on
easement; 700 feet east of Jackson
Drive from County Road H -2 to
Trunk Highway No. 10; on north
side of Trunk Highway No. 10 from
easement 700 feet east of Jackson
Drive to Interstate Highway 35W
west right -of -way; on County Road
I from Groveland Road to Spring
Lake Park Road; on Spring Lake
Park Road from County Road I
to County Road H -2; on County
Road H -2 from Spring Lake Park
Road to Pleasant View Drive; on
Pleasant View Drive from County
Road H -2 to County Road H; on
Woodale Drive from west corporate
limits east to Pleasant View Drive;
on County Road 11 from Pleasant
View Drive to Knollwood Drive; on
County Road 11-2 from Red Oak
Drive to Long Lake Road; on Long
Lake Road from 300 feet north of
County Road 11-2 to Woodcrest
Drive; on Woodcrest Drive from
Long Lake Road to Fourth Street;
on Fourth Street; from Woodcrest
Drive to County Road H; on Coun-
ty Road H; extended from Fourth
Street to Trunk Highway No. 10.
All persons who wish to do so may
file their written views or objections and
also may appear and be heard at the
above time and place.
