The regular meeting of the Moundh View Village Council was called
to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., December 9, 1963 at 2401

Motion by Sullivan to accept the minutes of November 27 as presented.
Seconded by Hodges, 4 Ayes,
The Mayor called 3 times for further bids on water project 19632,
and then declared the bids closed and directed the Clerk to open bids
received.

Motion by Blanchard to refer bids to the Village Engineer for tab -
ultaion and recommendation. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
The Mayor announced the dates for the hearings on the lateral system
for sanitary sewer, December 12 and 19, at Edgewood Junior High School
at 8:00 P.M.
The matter of snow - plowing was referred to Mr. Skiba.
The Police report for November was read and filed.
Explorer Post #299, B.S.A., requested a permit to sell Christmas trees
at 2310 Hillview Road. Motion by Sullivan to grant license for tree lot
as requested with no fee, subject to the approval by neighbors. If neigh-
bors complain, said business will have to relocate. Seconded by Malvin.
