Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling $14,757.30.
Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
Mr. Malvin, who is the outgoing- Trustee,thanked the Council for
their cooperation over tha past 4% years and asked that the following
appointments be made, if possible, for 1964:

Fiscal Advisor:
Newspaper:
Public Works Dept.:
Comstock and.Davis, Inc.
Richard Meyers
Juran and Moody
New Brighton Bulletin
Skiba and Johnson
The Council thanked Mr. Malvin for his service to the Village and
Mr. Sullivan moved that a certificate of appreciation be presented to
Mr. Malvin at a ceremony to be held in January of 1964. Seconded by
Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges.
Meeting adjourned at 10:25 P.M.
