Notice is hereby given that the Mounds View Village Council will
meet on December 23, 1963 at 9:30 o'clock p.m. at the Mounds View Village Hall,
2401 Highway 10, New Brighton 12, Minnesota to consider amending the official
zoning map pursuant to section 11.1 of Ordinance No. 67 to rezone the following
described property from R-1B to R-3,
Lot 4, Block 1, Mueller's Addition according to the recorded
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Titles within and for Ramsey County and Lot E,
Lot F and Lot G as in Registered Land Survey # 153 Ramsey
County Minnesota, generally located South of County Road H2
and East of Knollwood Motors Co.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to this matter
will be heard at this meeting.
