Minutes of meeting prescribed by statue held on January 6, 1964
at the Village Hall -- 2401 Highway # 10. Meeting called to order by
Mayor Hodges at 6:45 P.M.

Mayor Hodges appointed Charles La Vaque - 2146 Hillview as
Trustee. Motion by Rustad to approve the appointment of Charles
La Vaque as Trustee to fill the unexpired term of Hodges. Term will
expire December 31, 1964. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Hodges to designate the New Brighton State Bank•as
the depository of the Village Funds. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
Motion by La Vaque to appoint t'xe New Brighton Bulletin as the
Official Newspaper: Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to appoint Paul Et Boog as Administrative
Deputy Clerk. Seconded by "odgesi 5 Ayes.
Motion by Sullivan to appoint ':falter Skiba as Supt. of
Public Works. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Hedges to accept the following Committee Assignments:
