CHANGE IN: Area Water Improvement 1969- -1. and 19 0 2

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 1/1, 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of Arca Water Improvement 1 M -1 and 1)0'1 2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above :entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water lik)ravc :x. t 1: .. :3 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for furter collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
