Trustee Clerk Blanchard moved:
'.WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1360 , t'le special assessments
for the construction of Lateral ,;Water Improvement 1360-1 and ' 96( _2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein L.
AND WHEREAS, the above ::;.entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a ;part herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral Water I a7aro t 1j63-1 and 196
-2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on January 13, 196.1
at S;00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar, m improvement-
160-1 to the changing of the assessments for
1130 - -1 and 1:K0 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
