CHANGE IN: Lateral dater Im provement 1330 -1 and 1960 --2

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 t',e special assessments
for the construction of Lateral Water Improvement 1x' 60 -1 and 13 ;
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein
AND WHEREAS, the above r:..:entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein,..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Lateral Water Improvement 1960 - -1 and
1960 -2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for furter collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on January 13, 1)34
at 8:00 F.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relateo to the changing of the assessments for
Lateral Water Improvement
30-1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
