'1HEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of' the Village Council
of' Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1::360 , the special assessments
for the construction of Service Water Improvement 1960-1 and. 116°0-2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,,
AND WHEREAS, the above ;:.entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Service Water Im4�rovencent 1960 ---1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO '-HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village old on

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the chancing of the assessments for
