CHANGE IN: Service Water Improvement 1960-1 and 1960-2

7111ER:DAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1060 ; t7le special, assessments
for the construction of Service Water Improvement 1360-1 and 1J0-
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list r.-,ade a part herein,,
AND WHEREAS, the above oentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Service Water Improvement 10-1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960-2
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on
January 13, 1964
at P.M, with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relate to the chanting of the assessments for
Service Water Improvement
1930•1 and 1960-2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties
