• CHANGE IN: Area Water Improvement 1960-1 and n60-2
.'Cal Clerk Blanchard moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1930 : the special assessments
for the construction of Area Water im-arovement 1)60-1 and 1930-2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above Yr,entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View; that the assessments forArea Water Improvement 1930-1 and 19340---2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, sa±d list made ia part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qu4lified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village hold on January 13, 1964
at P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
Area Water Improvement
because of the conveyance of or replatting of
