WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted 911satr 14 130 t7le special assessments
for the construction of ate 1C30-1. and 1i60-2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list rade a. part herein
AND WHEREAS, the above ;Lientioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View , that the assessments for Area Water Improvement 131 and i604-2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on January 13, 1964
at .too P.M with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relateL, to the changing of the assessments for
Area Water Improvement
160-1 and 1960-2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties
