WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council

were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,

conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a riart herein..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water iznprovo;.tc.r, id3C1.;1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
