OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINISSOTA
"'Pursuant to aue call and otice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Viliage Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 27th day of January, 1964 at 6:00 p.m. with
the following members present: Donald Hodges, Lloyd Blanchard,
Ingram Rustad, Chailes LaVaque
and the fuliowing members absent: John L. Sullivan
Member Donald Hodges
introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption: /

A RESOLUTIUNIAHATING CERTAIN WATER ASSE88MENTS ON
PROPERTIES LOCATED LK THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following
assessments for Water Area Improvement Project 1960-1 and 1460-2 have been
levied against the following described property in the Village of Mounds View
and such assessment should be abated as follows:
Easement for Hillview Road over S 33' of the NE 1/4 of aE 1/4
subj. to 8TH $-63, in Section 5, Township 30, Range 23 to be
abated for 1962 taxes only in the amount of $11.36 plus all
interest and penalties.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8I IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment
be abated in the amount of $11.36 plus all interest and penalties.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Blanchard and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in fa thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, Rusted, LaVaque
and the following Aeoted against the sane:
whereupon said resolution
declared passed and adopted.
